Arguably the best beat on the river.
I have a few dates available each year - but generally dead men's shoes.
What more can I say.!!!
The beat has 16 pools and is double bank although mainly fished from the
left hand one.
The best chance of a rod is to take a day
ticket in the spring time through myself on 01888 562428. This beat is again
excellent for trout fishing so an early ticket is worthwhile and it did produce
the first Springer in 2003.
The pools are too numerous to mention but they all have
their own charm and story to tell. I will leave you too drool
over these pictures of the Lower Morison and Banff Stream with
Forglen house in the background.
